With over 25 years of investment experience, Guilherme was an equity analyst and portfolio manager at Gap Asset Management between 2001 and 2008. Along with his team, he left Gap in 2009 to structure XP Gestão. In 2010, Guilherme founded his own asset management firm, Kyros Investimentos, where he stayed until 2014. His next step before Fuse Capital was to found an M&A and credit boutique called Crucial, which sums more than R$ 1bn in advised operations.
